Each year students at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York match their skills in a highly anticipated clam chowder competition that combines creativity with the best from the sea.

Taylor Shellfish Farms is always honored to supply product to these future chefs. This year geoduck were added to the menu offering both additional flavor and a smile to the students' faces.
