Taylor Shellfish Farms was honored to recently welcome Four Seasons Food & Beverage Directors from across the U.S. to the beautiful Pacific Northwest at a very special oyster feast.
Seattle’s sea-facing Golden Garden Park was the perfect site for the event where select chefs, including Food & Wine Best Chef award recipient Chef Edouardo Jordan of Salare, prepared eye-catching shellfish dishes for these very discerning guests.
Also present was Ethan Stowell. This self-taught chef has four restaurants in the Seattle area, many with an Italian flavor. Stowell received national recognition, among his many other awards, when he was named a 2008 “Best New Chef” by Food & Wine magazine.
Marco Pinchot, Taylor’s Director of Brand Marketing, shared with the gathered guests the unique Taylor story from tideland gatherings to waiting restaurants tables – an ocean feast Taylor has shared with leading chefs for over 125 years.
